Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy rates and revenue for luxury properties.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and leasing opportunities in Bali’s real estate sector.
  • Manage tenant relations, including negotiations, lease renewals, and conflict resolution to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to attract high-quality tenants.
  • Organize and oversee property viewings, open houses, and exclusive events to showcase available spaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and property management, to streamline leasing processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on leasing performance, market conditions, and revenue projections.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations related to leasing agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales, with a focus on luxury or commercial properties.
  • Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and property management software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
