Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to organizational and employee needs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
- Leverage modern learning technologies (LMS, e-learning platforms) to enhance training accessibility and engagement.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs, feedback, and ROI metrics.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and impactful integration into the company culture.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in L&D to introduce innovative methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment in training standards across regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar HR function.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a corporate setting.
- Strong familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating training effectiveness and reporting on metrics.
- Certifications in L&D (e.g., ATD, CIPD, SHRM) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
