Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for local and regional hires.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities, including contracts, benefits, and terminations.
  • Administer payroll processing, leave management, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to Fujifilm’s operational needs in Bali.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, with a fair and solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to align local practices with corporate strategies and report on key HR metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational company or fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in HR management.
  • Proven experience with recruitment, payroll systems (e.g., SAP, BambooHR), and HRIS tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives is advantageous.
