Responsibility
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates aligned with company values and goals.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local labor laws, and timely disbursements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks, while providing clear communication to staff.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to support employee growth and development.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, payroll, or employee services.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
