As a trusted advisor to management and employees, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Your strategic insights will help shape policies, programs, and initiatives that foster a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.

Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop tailored HR strategies to support business goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet hiring demands.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs, to boost morale and retention.
- Administer performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and development plans, to enhance productivity.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Identify training and development needs, and coordinate L&D programs to upskill employees and future-proof the workforce.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommend process improvements.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or Generalist role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
