Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Design and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and company values.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to managers and staff.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and strategic hiring plans.
  • Maintain HR records and databases with confidentiality and precision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or garment industry.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, training, and payroll systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
