Responsibility
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on workplace relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Conduct regular pulse surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring a cohesive and motivated workforce.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions on topics such as communication, diversity, and workplace well-being.
- Monitor and enhance the onboarding experience to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- Lead investigations into employee concerns or grievances, ensuring fair and confidential resolution.
- Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and transparency across all levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement, relations, or organizational development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all organizational levels.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
- Familiarity with HR metrics, data analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovating engagement programs that resonate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS or engagement platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Culture Amp) is advantageous.
