Responsibility
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable Laravel applications with clean, maintainable code.
- Design and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Implement security best practices (OWASP, encryption, authentication) to protect sensitive data.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks in existing applications.
- Write and maintain unit/integration tests to ensure code reliability.
- Stay updated with Laravel frameworks, PHP 8+, and modern development tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD).
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience with Laravel and PHP development.
- Proficient in MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch for database management.
- Strong understanding of OOP, MVC, and design patterns in web development.
- Experience with front-end technologies (Vue.js, React, or Livewire) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AWS, DigitalOcean, or cloud deployment tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
