Responsibility
- Lead and oversee laboratory operations related to CVD research, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and ethical standards.
- Design, execute, and analyze experimental protocols for semiconductor-based medical device development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate nanotechnology and biomaterials into innovative healthcare solutions.
- Maintain and calibrate advanced laboratory equipment, including microscopy, spectroscopy, and fabrication tools.
- Document and present research findings through technical reports, publications, and conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in CVD research, semiconductor technology, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to grant proposals and funding applications to secure resources for cutting-edge projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a research laboratory, preferably in CVD or semiconductor applications.
- Proven expertise in laboratory techniques such as cell culture, material characterization, and device prototyping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW).
- Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, GMP, or FDA standards) in a research or industrial setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a track record of collaborating on interdisciplinary projects.
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and cleanroom protocols is a plus.
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals or contributions to patents in relevant fields.
