Responsibility
- Lead and manage R&D projects from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to develop prototypes and refine product specifications.
- Oversee laboratory testing, data collection, and analysis to validate product performance and feasibility.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory compliance.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and intellectual property landscapes to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry leaders to enhance R&D capabilities.
- Allocate resources efficiently, including budget management and team coordination, to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in research and development, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading R&D projects from ideation to market launch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and statistical tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, intellectual property laws, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, GMP).
