Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular training sessions for laboratory staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate laboratory processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with laboratory managers to develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformities.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, audits, and quality assurance activities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and quality assurance practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Valid license as a Medical Technologist.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and training.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using laboratory information systems and Microsoft Office.
