Responsibility
- Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to luxury standards.
- Develop and implement efficient kitchen processes, including inventory management, food preparation, and plating.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a high-volume or luxury kitchen.
- Proven expertise in fine dining, hotel, or resort kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
