Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in Bali.
  • Lead negotiations with key retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers to secure favorable terms and long-term contracts.
  • Drive retail execution excellence, ensuring product availability, visibility, and promotional compliance across assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at key accounts to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in sales data tools (e.g., CRM, Excel).
  • Experience working with retail chains, distributors, or modern trade channels in Southeast Asia.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
