Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based low-code platform components, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the integration of low-code tools with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize platform performance through code reviews, testing, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in Java and low-code development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high system reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in low-code platforms, Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), and cloud technologies.
- Document technical designs, APIs, and system architectures for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with a focus on backend systems or platform engineering.
- Proven expertise in low-code platform development (e.g., OutSystems, MuleSoft, Appian, or custom solutions).
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
