Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based backend applications and APIs.
- Optimize and refactor existing codebases for scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Implement RESTful services, microservices, and event-driven architectures using Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability and robustness.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, best practices, and architectural decisions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Security), and JPA/Hibernate.
- Experience with RESTful API design, JSON, and XML data formats.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Maven/Gradle, and Git for version control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
