Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and external vendors, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, technical specifications, and progress reports.
- Ensure IT solutions meet security, scalability, and performance standards through rigorous testing and validation.
- Mentor junior IT staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and drive digital transformation.
- Support IT governance and compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, software development, or systems administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within scope, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Scrum Master are a plus but not required.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is highly desirable.
