Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in the IT and communications sector to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their technical needs and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to develop proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the companyâs reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the technology or communications sector.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, hardware, or digital services (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise software).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking software is a plus.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
