Responsibility

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of video conferencing, email, and other collaboration tools.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with company policies.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to IT systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration roles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux, Active Directory, TCP/IP).
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.
