Responsibility
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Develop and implement IT asset management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and deployment of IT resources.
- Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT asset management, infrastructure support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in IT inventory management tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar are a plus.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is advantageous.
