Responsibility
- Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to achieve project milestones.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.
- Uphold EMAPTA’s commitment to social impact by aligning projects with sustainable and ethical goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in project management, preferably in the IT or social impact sector.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a night-shift, hybrid environment.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams is a plus.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is advantageous.
- Passion for technology-driven social impact and sustainable development.
