Join Peregrine Eye and Laser Institute, a leading healthcare provider specializing in advanced eye care and laser treatments, as we expand our IT infrastructure in Bali. We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to ensure seamless technology operations across our clinics in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our healthcare IT systems, including electronic medical records (EMR), diagnostic equipment software, and network security. Your expertise will directly impact patient care by ensuring our technology is reliable, secure, and optimized for clinical efficiency.

Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for clinic staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and optimize EMR systems and other healthcare applications to ensure compliance with data security standards.
- Manage and secure clinical devices and diagnostic equipment connected to the network.
- Monitor system performance, perform regular backups, and implement disaster recovery protocols.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and upgrade systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations (e.g., HIPAA, local data protection laws).
- Train end-users on new systems and best practices for cybersecurity and data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and troubleshooting.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems and medical device integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are advantageous.
