Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT projects, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
- Onboard enterprise clients into Managed Services, facilitating smooth transitions and adoption of Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable and secure technology architectures.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and quality.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project performance and implementing best practices.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Cloud, Security, or Infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level IT projects and client onboarding.
- Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), cybersecurity principles, and infrastructure management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
