Responsibility
- Lead IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Implement structured change management processes to handle scope, schedule, and cost adjustments.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to align project objectives with business needs.
- Monitor project risks and proactively mitigate issues to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide transparent reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to drive productivity and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
