Responsibility
- Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using rapid authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and translate content into engaging digital formats.
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Incorporate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Test and debug eLearning courses for SCORM/xAPI compliance and cross-platform compatibility.
- Optimize content for mobile learning (mLearning) and responsive design.
- Track and report on project milestones, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in eLearning technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an eLearning Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing rapid development projects.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora; familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS integration.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for custom eLearning interactions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work onsite in Bali for the duration of the contract (6 months).
