Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for ICT construction initiatives, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and IT specialists, to ensure project alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Oversee the installation and integration of ICT infrastructure, including networking, cabling, and data center systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT project management, with a focus on construction or infrastructure deployment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ICT projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cabling standards, data center design, and IT infrastructure best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Primavera) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
