Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business process analysis using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) and other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Identify, document, and assess current-state processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Develop and implement data-driven process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, etc.) to design and deploy scalable solutions.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and business cases to support decision-making and stakeholder buy-in.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and drive sustained results.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, with a focus on Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Proven track record of leading process improvement projects with measurable impact on efficiency and cost savings.
- Strong proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience in IT, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
