Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain the school’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Oversee user account management, access controls, and system permissions for staff and students.
  • Collaborate with vendors to procure, deploy, and maintain educational technology tools (e.g., LMS, video conferencing).
  • Monitor system performance, conduct proactive maintenance, and troubleshoot outages to minimize downtime.
  • Train end-users on IT best practices and new software adoption.
  • Document IT processes, create knowledge base articles, and maintain up-to-date inventory records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
  • Proven expertise in Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles (firewalls, endpoint protection, data encryption).
  • Experience supporting educational institutions or multi-user environments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco CCNA are advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali (work visa sponsorship provided).
