Responsibility

  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure connectivity and security.
  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices, including antivirus updates, patch management, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, crashes, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the deployment and upgrade of IT systems, applications, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Document IT processes, configurations, and incident reports for future reference and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs and recommend scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, system administration, or network management.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and virtualization.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience with cybersecurity principles, including firewall configuration and malware protection.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to assist non-technical users.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
