Responsibility
- Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features to enhance user experience.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups).
- Drive data-informed decision-making by leveraging analytics and market insights.
- Champion continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in tech/software development.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to align diverse teams.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, or digital product development is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or CBAP are advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a bonus.
