Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business intelligence needs.
- Build and optimize semantic models (Tabular, DAX) for high-performance analytics.
- Write and fine-tune SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement data governance and security best practices within Power BI environments.
- Automate data refreshes and monitor system performance to ensure reliability.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users on BI tools and self-service analytics.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in BI, data visualization, and Microsoft’s Power Platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar BI role.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL for data modeling and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data validation.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Certification in Microsoft Power BI (PL-300) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
