Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement PeopleSoft HR and Finance modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing PeopleSoft applications for performance and scalability.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft updates and best practices.
- Assist in data migration and system upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Consultant or similar role.
- Proven expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS and Financials modules.
- Strong understanding of SQL, PeopleTools, and Application Designer.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in PeopleSoft is a plus.
