Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor IT service performance metrics.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaborate with IT service teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data delivery.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to IT service performance, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to team members on data visualization tools and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics and IT service management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role, preferably in an IT service environment.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Certifications in Power BI, ITIL, or related fields are a plus.
