Responsibility
- Define and govern the solution architecture for the Deposits Modernization Program, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for CASA and Time Deposit products.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance solution delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in banking and financial services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance optimizations to ensure solution robustness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, security, and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on banking or financial services.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing CASA and Time Deposit systems or similar financial products.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and API-driven architectures.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or remote setting with a preference for Bali-based candidates.
