Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure solutions, including on-premises and cloud-based systems.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Office 365) to ensure high availability and performance.
- Oversee network and server infrastructure, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align infrastructure with organizational goals and requirements.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard company data.
- Lead infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on on-premises and cloud environments.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Office 365) and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with IT security best practices, including firewalls, encryption, and access control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA, ITIL) are a plus.
