Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain in-house IT solutions, including network infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Lead IT projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify IT needs, propose scalable solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal uptime and security.
- Manage IT vendor relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard company data and infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and drive IT strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Proven expertise in network infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise software solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues in a timely manner.
- Experience with IT project management, including Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or ITIL are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
