WABO Software Sdn Bhd, a leading technology company originally based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is expanding its operations to Bali, Indonesia. We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and ensure seamless technical operations for our clients and internal systems.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our IT infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity for tech-savvy professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering top-tier technical support.

Responsibility
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and security-related issues.
- Assist in the deployment and management of cloud-based services and applications.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business needs.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with helpdesk software, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are advantageous.
