Responsibility
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance IT infrastructure and business operations.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes within the AWS ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud architecture requirements and implement best practices.
- Monitor and optimize cloud performance, security, and cost-efficiency across AWS services.
- Lead IT projects, including system integrations, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and industry security standards.
- Troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or data engineering.
- Proven expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, etc.) and cloud architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, Kafka) and ETL processes.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with IT security protocols, compliance standards, and data governance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
