Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth system adoption.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and system design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques for requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis is a plus.
