Responsibility
- Develop and maintain scalable Java/Scala applications using modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize software solutions.
- Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Agile methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver business value.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Java development, with strong knowledge of Scala.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and TDD.
- Familiarity with modern frameworks (Spring, Akka, Play) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with global teams.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
