Responsibility
- Perform detailed quality inspections on electronic components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct heated chemical tests and decapsulation processes using fuming nitric acid and other specialized chemicals.
- Document and report inspection results, highlighting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and outcomes for traceability and compliance.
- Operate and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure precision and reliability.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all testing processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably in the electronics or ICT industry.
- Familiarity with chemical testing procedures, including decapsulation and heated chemical tests.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects in electronic components.
- Excellent documentation skills and proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
