Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data models using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with organizational goals.
- Lead the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational improvements.
- Automate reporting processes to streamline data delivery and reduce manual effort.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices for data interpretation.
- Stay abreast of emerging BI technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, and SQL for complex querying.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis is a plus.
- Experience working in a global, multicultural environment is highly desirable.
