Responsibility

  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders, including management and clients.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, including personnel, tools, and budgets, to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to stakeholders with data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and best practices in IT project management.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime or delays.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to scope new projects and contribute to proposal development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in IT project coordination, technical support, or a similar role, preferably in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), networking, or cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate or work on-site in Bali, Indonesia (preference for candidates already in the region).
