Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Perform regular system audits, updates, and patches to minimize downtime and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, including backup, recovery, and disaster response strategies.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and customer interactions for future reference.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to optimize cloud resources and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure maintenance, preferably with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
