Responsibility
- Develop concept-to-completion interior design solutions for commercial, corporate, and co-working spaces, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design elements.
- Create detailed space plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Select and specify furniture, finishes, lighting, and materials that balance cost, durability, and design excellence.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate space requirements, constraints, and opportunities for innovation.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine concepts.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in workplace design, biophilic elements, and smart office technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or workplace interior design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign; BIM experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, ergonomics, and material specifications for high-traffic environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills to articulate design visions effectively.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles (LEED, WELL, or similar certifications are a bonus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial but not required.
