Responsibility
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on feedback.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products.
- Create engaging visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and graphics, to enhance digital experiences.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to achieve optimal results.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX or Digital Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with prototyping tools and the ability to create interactive prototypes for user testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions.
