Join Maxius Trading as a Renovation Executive and play a pivotal role in transforming retail spaces across Bali. Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will have the chance to work in some of Bali’s most exciting locations. Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee store renovation, reinstatement, and maintenance projects from planning to completion.
- Liaise with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align renovation projects with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Source and evaluate materials, fixtures, and finishes to ensure they meet design and durability requirements.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the renovation process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in retail or commercial renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local regulations is a plus.
