Responsibility
- Develop customized design concepts for high-end residential and landed properties, aligning with client preferences and project budgets.
- Create detailed 3D renderings, mood boards, and technical drawings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Source and specify premium materials, furnishings, and finishes from local and international suppliers.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and maintain quality standards.
- Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainable practices, and luxury market demands in Bali and beyond.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior design, with a portfolio showcasing luxury or high-end projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and space planning for tropical climates.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills; fluency in English is required.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in aesthetics and functionality.
- Familiarity with Baliās design market, local suppliers, and cultural influences is advantageous.
