Responsibility
- Develop innovative interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Create detailed 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, and material palettes to communicate design visions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design integrity.
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with project budgets and aesthetics.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine concepts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in residential or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit for design and visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional design solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts.
- Knowledge of Baliâs design trends, local materials, and suppliers is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
