Responsibility
- Lead and oversee architectural design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure projects are executed according to design plans.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects.
- Implement best practices in architectural engineering, including sustainability and energy-efficient design principles.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and precision in design and execution.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building certifications is a plus.
