Responsibility
- Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs for residential, commercial, and public spaces, aligning with client visions and environmental best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate hardscape and softscape elements seamlessly into projects.
- Conduct site analysis (topography, soil, climate) to inform design decisions and ensure feasibility.
- Prepare technical drawings, 3D renderings, and plant schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion).
- Oversee project implementation, including contractor coordination, material selection, and quality control.
- Incorporate sustainable practices (e.g., water conservation, native plantings, green infrastructure) into all designs.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, addressing feedback and refining concepts.
- Stay updated on landscape architecture trends, local regulations, and eco-friendly technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in landscape design, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM tools (Revit/Lumion a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, functional, and sustainable landscape projects.
- Knowledge of local flora, climate-adaptive design, and Bali’s architectural styles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
